Wagner Domingues da Costa is the ‘Mr Catra – O Fiel’. Son of Manoel and Elza Costa, creates of the Tijuca, quarter of Rio ee Janeiro(territory where this the favela of the Borel) it had a different infancy of its neighbors … “I lived between familiar and the house of my stepfather Edgar, place where my mother worked since the 11 years of age” it remembers Mr Catra, today, father of 13 children with different women.

Mr. Catra, was pupil of the College Pedro II and estudantil leader. The Alley mounted a called band of rock “”, it arrived to make a relative success in festivals of music of schools and facultieses, in middle of the decade of 80. It left the band and it started if to interest for Hip-Hop. Primo Preto, ex-VJ of MTV, it obtained a contract with the Zâmbia Records, independent recorder of São Paulo, responsible for first records of the MC's Rationals. In 1995, it launched its first record " Bonde dos Justos", with hits "Vida na cadeia", “Retorno de Jedi” e “Bonde do Justo” . The songs of strong subjects had called the attention the Warner Music whom it launched, in 1999, the CD “O Fiel”.

In the year of 2004, Mr Catra received the first invitation to make its show and to take a part of the culture of the CARIOCA FUNK for it are of Brazil … it made its first show it are of Brazil … in the Favela Chic (France) ... later it more than didn’t stop working in the Europe … in its annual tuor already it can show its works for country as: Sweden, Switzerland, England, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Israel, Norway, Holland, Russia, Spain, Frank, Belgium, etc.
